Many of us don't know what to say or do when a loved one has suffered the devastating loss of their baby.
Here are some supports to help you to help them through.
Angels Breath Plant
We decided to buy some beautiful Angels Breath plants after each of our losses. They are a stunning silvery colour and really light up our front garden. They thrive all year round and bring us comfort every time we pass them. One for each of our angels.
The Other Side of the Door Journal
The Other Side of the Door Journal is a beautiful journal designed to support parents who have lost, or who are about to lose their baby. This would make a beautiful gift.
With each loss we suffered in 2020, we went to the beach to colour in pebbles with the kids. It was so healing. The sound of the ocean, the fresh sea breeze and leaving some coloured in pebbles on the beach. We left some behind for the ocean to embrace, and took some home in memory of our littlest loves who never got to join us.
The last thing on your mind when you are suffering a miscarriage is having to do a food shop. Why not have some ready made meals delivered to your friends door or just do their weekly food shop for them!
Wellness packages are always welcomed when you are feeling in need of some TLC. A cosy dressing gown, eye masks, face masks, heat packs, hot water bottles are all welcome items when your body is in recovery from a miscarriage. There are many Irish companies who will put these together for you.
There is no nicer way to remember a loved one than wearing a beautiful piece of jewellery in memory of them. A necklace or bracelet, or even a key ring. A simple yet powerful way of helping your friend or family member know that their littlest love is always with them.
